Melon

Life sucks. Doing it sober sucks even more.
Mal, a recovering drug addict, is at a crossroads in her recovery, dwelling on a traumatic accident in her
past. In an attempt to understand what happened she reflects on how she and her best friend Abby got
involved in the drug scene. Partying every weekend, dealing to support their habits and snorting any
substance they can find; what starts off as a bit of fun, goes downhill quickly as the reality of drug abuse
becomes irreparably clear to them. Can they reconcile their mistakes or are we defined by our worst
moments?
